Perseverance Breeds Success
Let's get motivated this morning! It's a good way to start the week you know.
Well, over the weekend I stumbled on a very insightful video of denzel Washington spitting out words of volume, I posted one of the numerous quotes on my IG page, another is "Ease is a greater threat to progress than hardship".
Luck is good for some people anyway, but then, you must not depend on luck all the time. For me, I don't even believe in luck, I believe in grace and favor.
Everyone has his/her time to blossom, for some it takes 5years after they become adults, some it happens in their teenage, while others might be over 40 before they blossom. Not all flowers blossoms the same time, while you wait, don't ever think the "easy way" is the better way, like the quote above rightly says, it is a greater threat to progress. Hardship doesn't mean you are not making progress too. My Alma mater would say, "perseverance breeds success".
In this my time, the youths want to "make it" as soon as possible. Hence they always feel the easy way is the surest, this explains why carrying of arms and internet fraudsters seems very lucrative. My question is, to what end eventually? If two people climb up a staircase, one running, and the other walking, both of them would still get to the top, at different times anyway, but getting to the top is all that matters. Learn to pass through the process, it might take a while but it is always worth it.
