A Good Name is better than riches: INTERGRITY

So, a popular quote says "A good name is better than riches" and I'm like "you guys are joking!" Money is everything now🙄🙄but then you can't buy everything with money, or can you?

This means that you can be "poor" and still be better or more celebrated than a wealthy man of low "integrity". This made me realize again that money is not everything. 

Recently, a well known Televangelist, Billy Graham died at age 99! He wasn't a poor man, he died at a good age, but in all the epistles, acronage and farewell messages I saw about him, none sited his age or wealth as the basis of their message. His integrity was what stood out! His love and passion for salvation, life and humanity was what was applauded! I again told myself: Truly! A good name is better than riches! 

Well, I'm not saying being rich is bad, but like the Bible says, "the life of a man is not measured by the amount of wealth he gathered." The question is "when I die (we all would die someday), would I be remembered for who I really am or who they see me to be? Would I be remembered as one who impacted my world?" These questions cannot be answered by anyone but you! 

In our daily lives, we need to repeatedly ask and answer these questions.  You don't need to be popular while doing it or doing it for the sake of "fame" (so they know I did it). It's something that should flow naturally. Be good, act good, speak good and share good!
